If you grew up in this era, do you remember this controversy? Apparently each color was assigned to be something you could "claim" from someone by snapping it off. And a lot of the meanings were...less than wholesome...😂 It was always debated whether or not teens took these seriously, but some schools actually banned them and it was covered on the news like a big exposé.
